WhileI'm pretty sold on a gently used Yamaha Maj as I have a Riva and am extremely familiar with workmanship, etc. A friend who is an avid motorcycle and scooter driver suggested we check out the Burgman 400 instead of the Maj 400 but really couldn't tell me why. Found that a little

Theonly thing I don’t like so far about the 650 is its lack of tie downs. It is nearly impossible to get this thing tied down on a carrier. There is nothing to hook to. Any suggestions are certainly more than welcome. The 400 had welded loops on the frame near the rear that were awesome. The 650 has nothing.

I live in Germany, on most parts of the Autobahn ( Highways), we have no speedlimit. My Burgie 400 goes with 140 km/h (90 mp/h).
